750 chopper electrical

Chopper gurus, I'm looking to increase the draw on my choppers electrical system. Added an extra headlight and the overcharging problem still remains. Any input is appreciated.

Your system is "over charging"? If so, the Regulator sided the charging system needs to be troubleshot. Adding components to increase draw is not the answer. It's akin to raising the floor level when your basement floods. Fix the drainage inbound  ;)

Over charging is typically either the regulator or rectifier (diodes). If you don't correct it you can ruin the battery.

And if it's a lithium-based battery, it can runaway charge and explode.
