Mine is a 73 750. Inside upper hole in carb rack takes the hose to carbs 1 and 2. Lower run hose plugs into back pipe of petcock and low under rack and into junction of 3 and 4. The 2 lines are not connected to each other but go directly to the 1/2 junction or the 3/4 junction. Will try a few pics but happy to talk through it. I'm taking tank off this weekend and can follow up with better pics then if still need it. I have learned that length of lines is critical and I searched an old post here that had a graphic and the cut length for each hose.

Across insulators, through the hole, the fuel line should never go up the hill, horizontal at worst.

Good point, being gravity fed.

Do these photos reflect the correct fuel line routing? Does anyone have a definitive answer on this? I would like to know as well.

Thanks Nobody, the photos agree with what Sigop posted above. I will be refurbishing fuel tank and fuel lines here, shortly. This post will help with that task immensely.

Yes emlupi. That old post was THE solution after I had pulled mine apart. Cut length is perfect also. Also remove petcock bowl so you can get to the petcock nipples. Heat gun, a little wd40, and needle nose pliers . .
