How do I attach this new pilot lamp plate?

I did some powder coating on my top triple tree and the dashboard, and also I got a new pilot lamp plate. However, it did not come with a sticky back as I assumed it would. Any suggestions on how to get this thing to stick on? Do I just use spray adhesive?

contact glue or spray would work,bill
