I tried to search for my answer but had no luck
I am thinking of doing the dual disc conversion on my 78 cb750. Can you just replace the fork leg with another left side leg and have everything line up

Nope, your right leg should be fine..you will need to shim that side, and mod speedo drive if you want to run stock speedo.

The right has. Same mounts as left, (just reversed). or should have.
