Not likely going to make a difference at all. The alternator is what produces the juice, and thats bone stock. You could probably go higher, but that's not really needed. The stock sealed beam is pretty crappy compared to modern lights. If you want a vast improvement, you'd need to also change the reflector and then you could really get after some new, better light. But the H4 is very straightforward swap and noticeable improvement.

I run an H4 on my 750 as well and it does just fine. I've been interested in the LED lights for a while, like the trucklite, but I just haven't pulled the trigger.
