Intalling killswitch control and throttle assembly question
« on: March 09, 2017, 04:54:43 PM »
Hey everyone,

I am installing club man handle bars and wiring from the outside.

I am in the process of drilling a small hole on the right side of the handle bars so the kill switch assembly can fit in properly ( any tips on how to make this easier?)

I disengaged the throttle cables when taking off the assembly but now that I am getting it back on, how do I re engage the throttle cables on the throttle sleeve and what position does the sleeve have to be in?

I am guessing that the hole needs to be drilled first then the assembly goes on then the sleeve in the assembly with the wires attached and then I can screw down?

I was also curious if anyone had a cable diagram for the cb350f. I am trying to be as neat as possible and keep the wiring in the same exact place specifically the clutch cable and the two throttle cables.  I believe the two throttle cables go to the left and go under the gas tank and rest on a little latch before being attached to the carbs?

Thank you I really appreciate it!
