CB 500 rear axle hub D ring

Hi Guys....Does anyone has or where can I buy the D ring 79 x 2.6 that goes on rear axle hub???

And front inner fork tubes  35mm diameter x 21 3/16 or 22 1/4 long

I cannot finish my project cause of this issue

PLEASEEEEEE HELPPPPPPP

it goes on the sprocket side to protect the cush drive from the elements.
should be able to get it from a good seal supplier.
