I know they may have moved from one side to the other, but are they the same parts?

How about the ignition switches? Same?

the seat locks and latches were on the same side from'69-'76. they didn't change sides until '77 and '78, so the '73 and '76 should be the same parts.

And the ignition switches were the same from '73 to '76, with square plugs, so you should be good there too.
