What's wrong with this picture?

Somethings wrong here.  It seems clear I've installed something incorrectly since the cam chain barely fits over the sprocket.  I think one or both of the guides are wrong.  Can you please have a look at tell me.

Yup.  The chain is on the wrong side of the forward guide.  Easy to correct for that
