My '78 CB750A is seeping oil from the head gasket badly. I'll be tearing into the motor pretty soon to address this and a few other leaks and I'd like to know about the head gasket.
Honda shows a different head gasket part number for the A than some other models. I haven't looked into it in great detail yet but I'm hoping that someone here can tell me what the interchange details are. I'm looking at an Athena top end gasket set that is listed as fitting all 74-78 CB750s but I know that sometimes our A models get overlooked. Will the head gasket that comes with this kit work with an A?
