Hi guys!
I'm finally putting back together my engine, and as always Haynes is my best friend. I've come to something that I need you guys to help me with.
I have tightened the centre clutch nut with the washer underneath. I appears that I need to bend one of the ears on the washer to lock the nut. This process is not described in either Haynes nor the Workshop manual. I'm just asking for you guys to confirm that I'll have to bend the ears.
I have attached a photo of the nut and washer.
