The new seat looks great. Personally, I really like your old one. Do you have a write up, pics or any info how you did up your old one?
This seat is not for my CB, it is for a friend of mine's CB750 project..
I just posted about it becasue I know allot of people were curious to see
Benji's work..

I am still running (and always will) the Black Guallari seat on my CB.

And I can understand why. It looks great!

I haven't been around here long so I haven't heard of the Black Guallari. Is it avaiable somewhere of did you create it?

Thanks

Guallari seats are made overseas. Reall popular during the late 70's through the 80's they are scarce now. I know they were still producing seats as of 2 years ago in limited numbers, but the ones carpy sells look similar to them are cheaper and use a stock seat pan.

You can find them on Ebay once in awhile as well, usually under "cafe seats"..
My buddy just scored one for his CB750 project last week...

I have a friend who is into suzuki two strokes and he has one that was made in the early 80's specifically for the 75-78 cb750F supersports. It even has a little fiberglass tail (different from the stock fiberglass tail). He keeps telling me how he is going to cut it up to fit one of his suzukis and it kills me. I have offered him cash and trade for a generic cafe seat but he won't budge. The thing is mint to boot.

Thanks for all the tips. I'm capbable of building my own but prefer to not have to take the time to do it. I'm working on a really sweet 74 CB550 project and have lots of work to do. I'll get up a thread on it with pics as soon as I shift gears from buying parts to actually building it...
