It was an unmistakable sound in the 70's, you just knew it was a sohc.

unnnngggg that sounds so good!

I recently put a Hindle stainless 4-2-1 on my '74 750 and it sounds very similar to this. Really thick and throaty at idle, and then like a wailing banshee up in the upper limits. So much better than the POS 4-2 it came with when I bought it, which just sounded like a wet fart.
