Looking good!  What's the plan on wheels?  Spokes or mags?

I have been busy with my two teenage girls graduating highschool and a large contract painting guitars for the Grateful Dead.  :)  The start tour in a few weeks and I had 20 to do for them.  Good money...lots of over time work.  I have not touched the bike in 3 weeks.

Very cool!   Post some pics if you get a chance.

Glad the money is good, you'll need it for a daughter in college....

A bit more from today's metal work.

.

Now this is really turning into something really cool. Very unique and original.  Hard to do with all the 750 cafe bikes out there.  Can't wait to see this one painted.  Not sure what I'd do, but I'd love to paint it.
Great project. I can wait until my daughter can weld.

What's the story with the guitars?  One for every venue?  Are they giving them away?

They typically auction them off for a charity.  Two years ago they got 580,000 for one.  The rest brought in over 200k each. The band signs them and Bob Wier plays them on stage prior to the auction.

This guy just went on the back burner until I can get a title on the frame or find a titled frame.  I sold the other 750F, so now I have the funds to finish my 76 Goldwing blaster that has a clean title.....
