How to insert new slow jets in 78 CB750 PD carbs
« on: April 06, 2017, 03:28:01 PM »
Can anybody help me on how I should insert my slow jets in my carbs? I am currently rejetting them and have taken the slow jet out of one of the carbs, but I am being very cautious on how I should insert the new slow jet. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

if it's the pressed in jet, just lightly tap it in.

Are you replacing with threaded jets? I'm interested to know as well if they should be threaded in (however little they grab) or pressed regardless of threads.

Thanks for all your help. I lightly tapped the slow jets with a hammer and they went in easily!
