CB650 Engine Year

Someone has a CB650 engine but unsure of the year of bike it came from. Engine code is RC03E-222xxxx

According to these http://www.sohc4.net/cb650-model-guide/ would that make it a 1981 bike vintage?

Yes, RC03E-22...... are 1981 engine numbers
