What parts exactly are you looking for? the S65 was a 63cc, the CT70 a 72cc motor. Not sure if that kit will be universal for both bikes. For the S65 it would probably be a "big bore"
1973 CB350F -sold
1974 CB350F -218 orig miles, sold
1976 CB750K - in restoration

Other Hondas:
3 x CBX
CB1100R
GB500

Go to the CMSNL web site in the Netherlands and compare part numbers. If they are the same, they will fit.

But I doubt much will cross over. I think the S65 is a pushrod motor where the CT70 uses rocker arms.

Edit: I stand corrected. The S65 appears to also be a rocker arm engine. Given the age, I thought probably pushrod.

You say you have a 1965 s65 and the kit says good for a 1969. If you go with it make sure the exhaust pipe and carb outlet on the head is the same angle etc. as what yours is.  I have noticed there are differences in those in the Honda 90cc parts when I was looking for a cylinder/piston etc. for my S90. Finally bought a whole parts bike cheap with an engine that turns over for $75.00 locally.

I know this is much more expensive...but this is what I am going to do with my S90 instead of a rebuild. Pretty sure it is Bolt-on for you...I have to do frame mods and I pretty sure a re-wire....

Wow,this motor is way too big for my little S65!!
I just want a little more hp,and most of all reliability.

S-65 is included in the same Honda factory manual as C70 and CL70.
My guess is they're the same engine with different pistons.
I got one of those 90cc kits for a C70M - cheap and worked good, but the valves needed lapping. The extra oomph is appreciated.......
There are a variety of Lifan and other brands of plug-in complete engines for a few hundred bucks.
