K0 550 head vs K4

So, I bent a few valves on my 74 K0 550 and have a 78 K4 engine on hand. Will I be able to swap the K4 head onto my K0 without mods or should I be looking to redo my K0 head?

 All 500 and 550 heads are the same.

 An the '78 has the upgraded rocker cover with pinned shafts. Swap it over, too.
 It would be foolish to not lap the valves and change valve stem seals while you're at it.
