When I was cleaning the sprocket area (as I had opened it to remove starter motor), a small broken O ring fell out. Not sure where did it come from. Would appreciate if anyone recognises it. Thanks

Oil sweating/ seeping from tappet covers and rocker rods ends caps. Honda had only the later ones and 3.75$ each. Got to and industrial hydraulic supplies and got myself several of those plus the starter motor O rings. Ranging 17 cents to 61 cents each. Good stuff thought it may be of help to someone else. ( these are Canadian dollar prices)

I put Castrol GTX 10-40 oil that has SJ SL SM SN API ratings. Is it good enough or I shall drain it and put motorcycle specific oil?

I have a bit of noise like something is loose inside engine but on higher RPM it sort of goes away. I believe I have done chain tensioner right (at TDC > 15 degree past, loosen the lock but, let it adjust itself, hold the stud and tighten the locknut)?
Appreciate advice

What a time I had taking it apart, cleaning and putting it back together. First time in my life I worked on a bike when it comes to engine (though my work is nothing compared to what you guys are and have been doing or done). Help from members here is just amazing. Big thanks to all of you!

Now it is running and I have nothing to do with it, it is rather boring. I started cleaning and polishing it a bit, removing grease builds, waxing and metal polishing, detailing spokes and tiny parts etc. that too is sort of done. Balance work is to lube all cables, that will be done once my cable lube is here.

Took some shots today, was looking for "Photos forum section" did not find it so posting here.

Yea, I was wondering what chunk of glass you were using.

Looks good.

I can hear the bike run, but have no opinion of what's going on as I've never heard my bike run (yet). Good luck!
