Long 6 mm screws leftover

Finally got the valve cover polished installed but I have these long 3.25 inch 6 mm screws leftover.  I thought they went in the valve cover but these are too long and all the holes are filled. Anybody know where they go? Phillips head.

Empty screw holes under the breather cover?
