First the photo is of another riders 1979 CB750K, wanted to show what I have since 1983 second owner. I bought it in Holland Michigan from Reliable Sports when they were selling Honda motorcycles. The bike had 1500 miles on it and was second bike to a Goldwing owner. I have just over 33,000+ miles on the bike total. I loved this bike and the road handling on the roads in northern Michigan. It is now torn down due to my stupidity always tinkering with the noisy chain guide and it finally broke.
I was going to do a complete frame up restoration but have realized I have far more thing to do turning 60. Like go riding! So I came to this forum to help others in need of engine parts for their restoration. In the coming months I will photo and list parts. The lower unit is still in one piece and clean, the cylinders are off and the head has been machined with new valves and guides.
As for the frame, wheels, etc, I am contemplating a project with my grandsons for a high school years project of making an electric motorcycle. They would win with the knowledge and I would win getting to sit on my loved motorcycle. Feel free to contact me, I love talking motorcycles and rides.
