The one on the left piggybacks on an engine case bolt just behind the kickstart lever. It's a guide to keep the drains from the carburetors tidy. Alternator wire also goes through on the DOHC bikes, not sure on the SOHC.
The one on the right piggybacks on one of the bolts a little bit lower, possibly one of the centerstand pinch bolts. It is the guide for the hose from the bottom of the airbox that has a plug in it
