What type of Solder is this?
« on: April 30, 2017, 05:00:23 AM »
I'm ready to solder up some electrical connections but I am not sure what kind of solder that came with the Weller iron that I have. Anybody check the picture out that knows what might've come with that?
Acid or rosin?

My guess is rosin because it was sold with an electrical soldering iron.  Acid core is usually a thicker diameter and is sold for use with a propane torch.
