Did 80 miles yesterday, to both jobs and back.  I never thought I would be so excited to see 38 degrees on the thermometer...Wooo hooo, only three layers today!

I am interested in your cold leg problem. I currently ride a Yamaha single, SRX250. My legs are not a real problem in terms of getting cold. The air that comes over my legs has been over the engine and has some heat in it.
I was assuming that with the engine sticking out on the four more engine warmed air would pass over my legs.
I rode over 80 miles today. It was more like October that December today in Ohio. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer.

I drove 372 miles the last 3 days. It's getting colder now, i had some light snow on my way home.

I've got some 3-finger gloves now, they keep your fingers from freezing a bit longer. They do make you look like an alien though. When i'm on the highway and there's not much traffic I put one hand behind my back (out of the wind) and wiggle my fingers, then switch to the other hand.
I also ride around with a tankbag now, it keeps my balls from freezing.
