Well I don't want to be picky but technically that is not a Phil Read Replica, it is a Honda Britain. Still a nice bike, but not as desirable as the former.

At the end of the day both are standard F2s with different bodywork and a few bolt-on goodies. Personally I think you'd have to be mad to pay £10K for a F2 wrapped in forty-year old brittle fibreglass, unless it was destined for a museum.
