went through the wiring in the black path and not sure what i did but at 4500 rpms just now i got 13.2 volts at the battery. so i went through both brake switches, ignition switch, disconnected the start button wires and all other black wire connections in the headlight. i must have fixed something not knowing it. i did re-solder one of the tabs on the rear brake switch because it fell off when i was cleaning up the switch. now waiting on tony at omp to reply with procedure on adjusting the voltage regulator.
