Topic: mounting screws for air box on cb750 k5

I had air pods put on previously by a third party and he gave me back my airbox when he was done. Besides the disappointingly shoddy job he did tuning the bike afterwards, I've just decided that stock is best and today I put the airbox back on but I realized the mounting screws that attach the air box to the frame are missing. I zip tied it on through the hole where the screw would go for the time being. But given the vibration when riding, I realize this is a very temporary solution.

Given the absurd price people are asking for these two simple winged screws on eBay (>30 bucks!?) and their seeming non-existence among reputable retailers, would anybody happen to know the thread count on these machine-type screws? I figure I'll just go get me a couple at the hardware store. Thanks. Also, if anybody DOES have a couple lying around that doesn't need them or demand a small fortune for them, I'd be happy to buy them from you.

i ordered an old airbox off ebay and forgot to ask for the bolts.  for some strange reason when i went to put the airbox on the bike i came across two bolts that worked.  they were the same size as the battery post bolts.  in fact i think they were from the old battery the PO had in the bike.  i don't know the actual thread size but check to see if the same holds true for yours and then take one down to home creep show or a hardware store to match.

Are they not just M6x1.0 bolts? About 10-15mm long I guess.

Yep, 16mm actually, easiest is to get stainless, file and sand the top and polish to chrome like finish.
