Avenger Tires?

I'm working on a CB750 with an Avenger brand front tire.  Made in USA.  Tire appears to be is in good shape; owner thinks it was installed around year 2000.  Anybody know anything about these tires?

"off brand" tire and no longer produced, I wouldn't ride it with a tire that old.

A seventeen year old tire?! Replace that tire/tube/rimstrip pronto! You only have two tires so the importance of their condition is not just doubled, it is squared.

Definitely replace, even if it looks like it is OK.

Tires don't have to be expensive. I have used Shinko and Kenda tires on two different bikes, both offer tires in sizes for our bikes in the $50 each range that are perfectly adequate for day-to-day riding and even the occasional trip down the winding road.
