So a sandcast frame # but a late 1970 early 1971 engine VIN?

I know the VIN and engine # never match, but those are far enough apart that I am confident that engine didn't come in that frame.

Just to be clear - not my intention to humiliate or shame this person, but jeeze let's get realistic about pricing.
Like I said - I like the bike, it looks clean, well kept.

But that's not a Sandcast engine number, or is it?

Not a sandy motor but the frame and some of the other parts are. Some people would actually pay that kind of money for what's there but most wouldn't.
