Topic: 78 cb550k wiring ?

So I've got all the wires going to like colors in the headlight bucket. Except this one.  The only brown/ blue wire in the diagram is the turn signal buzzer which is not in the pic and is accounted for. This one is tied into a solid black group. Is this correct?? This is how I found it.

The buzzer should be in the circuit with the turn signal leads.  Its safe to omit the thing if you don't like the sound
