Euro bikes by mid seventies needed a front mastercylinder, that was clear nesr top, to see fluid level. Not the case here I think. Stuff like the mc is smetimes switched because they cant easily find a rebuild kit.
Another most Euro Hondas had was a fender extension below that held a reflector.

Denmark might have got a bike for German market? Or someone imported it to Denmark from Germany as a used bike?
Check CMSNL for the parts on the bike
Here is the rear lamp with blinkers
https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb750k1-germany_model14356/partslist/F35.html#results
Everything else: https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb750k1-germany_model14356/partslist/

Let the bike look as it does since it can be how it should look like ;) Keep the Koni shocks or use new good ones.

Honda std shocks is CRAP.
I'm happy to be alive to talk about it. I remember many times I was close to make a serious accident due to bad handling, the Honda shocks had a big part of it. 2-3 first seasons, then similar Koni shocks as you have in 1-2 seasons when I purchased new Marzocchi AG Strada which were used until bike was long time stored.  I'll restore them to another bike.
Those Koni can probably be restored.

I have Ikon shocks now since my old Stradas began to leak first season when back on the road again 2014, modern type of Koni since Koni sold the design to a company on New Zeeland...
Use these if you want to replace the shocks.

Then old style steering damper. My bike must have it to maintain stability. If you will ride according to the speed limits, not needed :) :)
Except on tour in the alps, riding uphill with a lot of luggage and a passenger,  accelerating in low speed very careful to avoid wheelies, front end will be very nervous.

My did, steering damper controlled it as well as a close flying off the road in Jugoslavia. We rode (me + girlfriend) very slow for long time until we had to pass 2 cars with caravans  driving slooowly. Finally a chance with a straight road going downhill, quick bypass of the 2 cars with caravans after each other that made me to twist the throttle so we passed the last one in around 170-180kmh and the road threw a corner right in my face short thereafter. CB750 brakes did not exist then so I used what I had + gearing down and did the really sharp corner up in the mountains, today Slovenia.

Honda shocks and no steeering damper...no. I should not have done it. 2 deaths plus my bike still as a wreck in the bottom of a ravine hundreds of meters down should be the result...
The bike had 836 and more with +80rwhp so handling was needed :)

Only instabilty my CB750 K6 suffers from now is worn flat rear tire causing snaky rear movements when leaning the bike and passsing over the white lines. Today even more power :)

It may have been imported, then had the Euro parts installed....to meet local regulations..that is what I suspect.. I may take you up on the headlight ears...when the time comes.

Looks like the front brake lever was dipped with the black liner. I thought all cb had the rubber cap on the tip of clutch and brake levers.  You need to post more pics for us. Very nice bike but looks like a repaint but hard to tell for sure from just that one pic.

I'm curious, how does something look like a repaint, especially from one picture. Looks like a well cared for 750, with some age marks on the stripes.
A repaint hardly ever matches the original, either it's sub par or overly done. Plus, the side covers would have to be done also as the color match is impossible. Especially if that color is a candy......

That's why I said need more pics.  The side cover that covers the oil tank looks like it has been repainted.  But again it's hard to tell by looking at just one pic. Side covers use to fall off those bikes lots back in the day. And maybe just the side cover was replaced with a repainted one. Who knows

And that is further complicated because even a factory nos part from Honda could be off on color....

Look for the black part on the lower part of one or both sidecovers...

For my defense, I haven't had a cloth on it yet.

It stands there as I got it. No polish what so ever.

Soon..

Please check bottom of side cover on electric side, see if the lower edge is painted black.
Before you remove the sidecovers, try to lightly oil the pegs... The sidecover can crack easily..
