K0, K1 forks the same?
« on: May 29, 2017, 08:53:34 PM »
I have a shot at a pair of K1 CB750 forks. I'm mostly thinking of spares for the lower cases of my K0. Parts fiche gives similar but different part numbers. I suspect they're the same but don't really know. Any enlightenment out there?

They are indeed different. They will work of course, but the shape is different. The K0 forks have a pronounced "ledge" just below the fork boot. The K1 forks dont have this ledge; they have a gentle slope.

First year 450 with disc stuff  is the same, for lower legs and brake and hub parts.
   Same  part numbers.
