A helmet/head cover ?

Who makes a quality type of skull cap that will absorb much of the perspiration off my head(then I can wash it and keep my helmet more fresh) rather than going directly into my helmet foam ?

Not the answer you were looking for - but every part of my Shoei RF1150 is washable (or replaceable for that matter).

I stopped funking up my helmets and just toss the insides in the washing machine.

As for a head cover - you might consider those hats(??) that runners wear.  Don't have a good pic, but it looks like a beanie - not a baseball cap.

look for a cloth ball cap without the button on top and cut the bill off.

Under Armour brand makes something like this for under football helmets.
Pearl Izumi brand makes them for riders under bicycle helmets.
5.11 makes them for under tactical/military helmets
Cortech, Dainese, etc....all make under helmet beanies.
