Hello y'all. COLDSTEELE here.Joined this site after reading a few of the tech questions and saw y'all seem to have a pretty cool forum. Iv been a rider from the age of 14 wrenching on them just as long I'm 48 now . Rode just about everything on 2 wheels. But always have loved the Honda 4s. 1st one was a 550 4K that had sat around 4 years in the weather in the very back of a bike repair and salvage yard. I traded a Suzy 750GT you know the 3 cylinder 2stroke Aka Water Buffalo the thing sounded like a swarm of pissed hornets I enjoyed it and it was just as the 1st run of Ninjas hit the streets. Like I said enjoyed it especially the 3 holes under the seat for 3 plugs. lol I needed them as it had a love of fouling them. I found once I cleaned the tank with 2 days of count the nuts bolts washers rattle rattle slosh slosh count them coming out . Chipped the varnish and methodically cleaned the carbs I dont know about y'all but I find cleaning carbs to be almost therapeutic. Fresh plugs and oil and found like a good old dog It was Always ready to go for a ride for 4 years all I did was just kept up with the maintenance tires and such. Well I just got myself a 81 Cb650 someone started a Bob job on that I will be completing. From fab of the hardtail and seat to fab of the forward controls and custom paint job I will do everything myself see where it rolls. Y'all keepem 1 UP and 2 DOWN
