I've been running a Craigslist ad looking for an rz350 here in Iowa for about a year. A week ago a guy emailed me saying he had an 85 he was wanting to part with.
He bought it new in 85, and had the motor all gone threw in 2013. She had 28000 miles on her now and even has the stock pipes with it! Made the two hour drive up north today and brought her home. It's even cleaner then I anticipated.
Need to clean the check valves for the oil lines and will clean the carbs but she runs and holy hell does it move!
