67 Honda cl90 help with wiring of ignition and battery

Hello I am sending this message to anybody who may be able to help me get together my Honda cl90 recently was stolen from me but luckily had found it but now has no ignition and some of the wires were messed up need some general information if anybody can help me so I can get this old girl back on the road.. I now have a few wires that need to be fixed and need some help.. Have a green wire that appears as if it has melted a little and few other wires.. Long story short need help rewiring to install new battery.. Thanks if anybody could please help me.

An early CT90 wiring diagram is close to a CL90 diagram but not exact. I have a CL90 wiring diagram but it is very tough to read for colors.

Yeah I will post some pics.. Last time I tried posting some pics for some reason it would not let me I will try again and also if you could send me a link for that wiring diagram would be awesome and a big help I sure am pretty far north about a mile from the Canadian border LOL

Here is a picture.  Purchased a new battery to put in but kind of at a standstill because I am not sure what wires to even hook to the battery

Awesome thanks a bunch will have to study it a little as my wires are a mess. Do not have wires with fuse for battery as shows in diagram and not really sure what should do to make my own. Looks like may be a project for sure.. Ordered a new ignition for the bike and a new battery so now just cross referencing is what I need to do

So I'm thinking the melted green wire might just be the ground wire for batter and also needed to know where the red wire from rectifier goes? Its a bigger gauge then most other wires and wasn't sure if that's the one that goes to my + of the battery? Only reason I don't know is because as a kid I never ran it with a battery otherwise I would know.. Any he'll would be awesome and want to say thank you again to person who posted diagram of wiring as its got me started on right track.
