New From Michigan

Hi everyone----I am new to this sight and new to riding a bike---I bought a 1978 honda cb750k late last summer---I didnt get to ride it much so far. I did ride it 01/02/07 today after having a new front tire put on.It was cold  :o I will post pics when I figure out how.

Welcome, Rouxballs!  Your bike looks great, and yes, being able to post a picture does give you a leg up.  ;D

If you're planning work on your bike, you might want to check out the FAQ -- lots of good information there.  Also, as a member from the esteemed state of Michigan, you may want to check out the Who's in Michigan thread.  As an upstate New Yorker, I've never visited it myself (the thread, that is), but the Michigan thread is now one of the longest running in the forums.

As the owner of a 1978 CB750K also I am very glad you are here. We are surrounded by those who fail to realize that the 78 K model was the SOHC Honda they had finally engineered out all of the problems out of and produced the perfect SOHC. They had nothing left to do so the came out with the DOHC and had plenty of problems to solve.
