Topic: Smaller alternative gas tanks for cb550's?

Hi guys, any suggestions?
Looking for a smaller, classic tear drop looking, vintage honda tank for my '77 cb550k.
Been checking out cb/cl 175, cb/cl 350, & cb500 tanks.
Hopefully there won't be any/too much fabrication or modification needed to fit it in the cb550 chassis.

Unfortunately the smaller tanks may take a decent amount of fab. I believe the tunnel is quite a bit different.  The 500 tank would be easiest

Take a look at the 80-82 CB650 tank. It's more of teardrop shape, not too hard to find, and should not take as much work to install.

cb 400 four..and think cb/cn200 use the same style tank.  but they are the Sharp egded type..Suzuki gn have a nice raund one

400f requires some work to fit properly
