Oil Leak

Hello everyone! I recently rode my CB750 for the first time after I purchased it 3 months ago. I noticed that the bike drips oil out of the circled bolts shown in the picture. It only does this when the bike is running/warmed up. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks

Those do not appear to be stock screws, an indication the cover has been off. There is to be a gasket behind it, so you should pull the cover, confirm/replace gasket, and install proper screws

Looking at those bolts we know the cover has been off. Maybe the previous owner just left the old gasket in place. The OEM screws are different sizes so hopefully the PO put the right size back in each hole. You will want to disconnect the stator wires that run from that unit to the harness. Note the rubber block these wires go through as these do leak from this area too. I used some anaerobic gasket sealer on that area when I reinstalled that block.

Will I need to drain the oil to take this cover off when replacing the gasket?

Probably not if you lean the bike to the opposite side.  Assumeing your drain back valve is good.

I usually just put a block under the left side of the kickstand and that does it. No need to drain. Just be sure you don't push the bike over while working on it...ouch :)

I have removed that cover on my bike that had an oil pump that let most of the oil to go to sump.
No problem when leaning the bike to right side, not much needed.
Replace the gasket.
No other leaks? If yes, check that case breather hose is not blocked which might affect this.

Little to no oil in there, but have a small catch pan under to get the drips.

OP might have used high temp silicone which was advertised to replace gaskets back in the days.
The fiber/paper gaskets are better and need no further sealer if the mating surfaces are not vandalized with deep scratches. No additional sealer will make it possible to lift cover several times without replacing the gasket.
