You probably would want to steer clear of the overhead valve small Hondas, they had a few issues as well as having lower power output. If DrATV restocks his S90 cam, get it, gives you a fatter and increased torque in the lower gears making the bike pull harder. Well worth the roughly $35-40 for the cam.
Like I mentioned with ATC125 parts and case work to enlarge cylinder sleeve openings you can build a stroker S90 hybrid that is a very strong motor with much larger displacement, making the bike handle city traffic even better and more fun. It is fun running two similar powered tiddlers against one another, it is almost like an IROC race and riding skill starts to play a real roll. While the bikes are not that fast, they can be a lot of fun, enjoying them for what they are. They can give you an appreciation for the area you are riding in as you can enjoy the scenery more with less risk while riding.
if you upgrade the power much you will want to fit a stronger front drum.
