Front Hub compatability
« on: August 29, 2017, 02:24:21 AM »
Hello, can some one please help with ....... Is there any difference between the front hub of the CB350f and the CB500/550f. I have just found the front end that I have had for a complete rebuild of a CB350f comes from a Cb350 twin????? So the upper triple clamp is different form the CB350f. The  set of indicator lights does not fit the upper triple.
I have a set of forks, upper and lower triple clamps from a Cb550f. However the front wheel hub that I have is from a CB350f. The hub is narrower than the space between the fork legs!!??
Regards

G'Day Rex, welcome to the forums. I restored a 350F back in the 90's but I don't remember too much about it, so I did an ebay search for "Honda CB350F hub" and found heaps for sale in the US, check 'em out and see what you think. Cheers, Terry. ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
