Introduction
« on: July 20, 2017, 03:48:29 PM »
Hey, Im Bart Douglas. I have been riding various bikes my whole life. I recently acquired my dads 750 K1 with 1100 miles on it and been wanting it since 1970 when it was new,  Im anxious to prep this machine and turn it over.  I would never sell this bike because i know he loved it. This looks like the place to be for shared information.

Hello from MN,

Squirt some oil down the spark plug holes and let it sit a couple of days before trying to turn it over.  The rings have dried out from sitting so long.

Howdy! With only 1100 miles on it you're getting it almost new!  :)
