Double Jeopardy is a trial for the same offense once you have been tried and found not guilty. And not all trials end with Duoble Jeopardy attached.

As the article says, he was cheated with DWAI and DWAI for Combined Drugs. Could be he was drunk and they also found controlled substances in his system (a different charge altogether).

And to think he would've likely gotten away with if he simply had doors on his car, didn't have an axe sticking out of the roof, had a windshield, and had a license plate.

I have no problem with that car. He was simply trying to get the feel of a motorcycle. And sh*t, if it runs - good for him.
