sprocket choice????

 I would like your advice about the rear sprocket for my Honda s65,in the front i have 13 tooth sprocket,which one would you buy for the rear?
 i would like to be able to keep up with the traffic when i'm in town but would like also to have a ''descent''  ::) top speed for this little bike.
