I've been putting the radiator back into the Sabre, a short job that's taken a long time due to the high heat that Seattle's been having. All the smoke from Canada hasn't helped either.
Anyway - come to find out, while I've been hanging out inside out of the heat, mud daubers have been building nests in my carb pilot screw holes. They work fast too!
Fortunately mud daubers are pretty docile, so it wasn't any work to shoo them away, but now I have to look over the bike real closely to make sure I don't have nests in the air box, thermostat housing, overflow tube on the radiator, pretty much every crevice on the bike.
