cb 750 sohc/4 dual front brake

Did Honda make a spoke wheel dual disc brake front end for any of their CB 750 SOHC and if so what year(s). Looking to build a semi replica CR750 road racer. Making the transition from Nortons and Triumphs to Hondas although had a '74 Rickman 750 and a K1 along the way.

A second rotor and caliper can be added to any of the 750 spoke front wheels.

True, with caveats.
However if you can find a K0 (and maybe K1) wheel/hub it's practically plug & play.
