Thanks,  I'm rather fond of it, good contrast. Wilbur and Larry are fine, great news. I'm back at it, shoulder injury acting up bad. But here's some pics.

It's technically called a "Connecting Rod Vise".

You'd be correct sir! Here I'm using it to loosen the rod bolts, but has many other uses,  Bill

Coming along well there Bill.

Question about the shoulder; Was it the discomfort a flair up from the RC car injury, the bicycle fall or the pit bull attack? I know you've been through a lot the last 3 years or so. Just hope everything will be okay. We've got racing to do- you don't have time for that crap!!!

Thanks.  Frank, my hand has healed from the dog attack.  But it aggravated the old injury from the RC crash, hurts 24/7, sometimes wrong inside besides the partial rotator cuff tear. Going to Rockingham,  that's all I know now. Not sure if /what I'll be riding.  Jimmy said he was 3rd in SET and I was 30th, but they gotta give me Valdosta points and I'd be 15th he said. Gotta check. Glad you ok.

It's going to  come apart for steel rods, Carrillo or CycleX.  And then swap cam also. Plan is to run new engine in November.

I've got to drop the rebuild parts off next week for my local guy to rebuild a primary for the project bike engine. I've definitely got to do one for the red bike in the off season when I fresh up the engine. Hoping I can get another 20 years out of this motor.

Got it. It's the clutch basket you are going to have to pay attention to.
Pics are good on the forum - stretched vertically in your emails.
