They also seem to be one of the few tires that come in our sizes.

I put a pair on about 3 years ago and you need to up your tire pressure a couple of lbs over the old tires. What sold me on them was a jerk pulling out of a driveway, I had to  just throw the bike at a side street at an impossible angle. I expected to land in the grass rather than the pavement which would have been better than the street. The bike just turned and I was amazed. Never turned that sharp before and hope to never again. The tires are very good and seem not to follow every groove in the road. I will buy another sey in a couple of years.

had bt-45's on my cbr600f4i, usually replaced 2 fronts and a rear every 6k miles.   a great tire and very forgiving if errors were made on entry or mid-corner.   turned in nicely and stayed warm but not hot.   wanted 'em my 750k, but bridgestone says the minimum rim size is 2.15 while my front rim is stamped 1.85x19.   same with dunlop f11's, so settled on metzler lazertecs.

The 100's will work on your front wheel. I have that now on the front of the F.

soft compound realitive to the dunlops I have used previously, good grip on wet or dry, scalloped uneven front tire wear showed up soon after and before I had any other indication that my fudgeing of the forks contaminated the oil in one leg... no problems with these tires on my 750 but they are done after 9000 klms of pushing the bike like a retarded idiot with a death wish I,ll probably buy them again as long as cost is comparible to dunlops and hopefully get more than one season with them knowing that they will perform when needed if I ride sensibly more often.

The fronts run about $75 to $85,
the rears are around $75.

They make a 100/80/19 as well as 100/90/19 for the front,
also have a 120/80 or 120/90 18's for the rear.
Also shown is a 130 but it may be a bit to big for the stock rear rim.

Which sidewall would be best?  Seems the 80 would have less sidewall
flex.

I don't think anyone has mentioned it yet, but the BT45 tires come in either H-rated or V-rated versions.  I suspect the V-rated tires might have a bit more grip, whilst the H-rated might last a bit longer.  I run the V-rated 100/90-19 front and the 120/90-18 rear, and typically get about 15000+ miles from a front and around 7000 miles from a rear tire.

Are you running 80's or 90's? (sidewall spec)
I think i'll pick some up, good testament to handling.

I lifted the avi from a friend on another motorcycle board. (FZ1OA)
I'll ask him to see if he knows....

Hell of a slide,
I'm curious if the guy highsided or managed to pull out of it at the last second ???
