Introduction

Thought I should introduce myself...

Hi, My name is Shawn and I have a motorcycle problem :P

JK, maybe!  Just recently got into bikes (Wife's idea actually - I think she is regretting creating a monster!)  Started out with her buying her first bike - 2009 VT750 Aero, then a 1975 CL360 K1.

I purchased my first bike last Feb. - a 1982 CB750SC Nighthawk, then a 1974 CB360 barn find which I resurrected and sold to a friend, then a rough pair of DOHC 750K's which I traded for a 1985 VT750 which I rebuilt the engine in and sold recently.

This brought me to purchasing the next project - a 1973 CB750 (pretty much a basket case but what caught my attention was the Lester wheels on it).  My plan is to build a cafe racer out of it since it is too far gone to restore.  I still am keeping my eye open for a better candidate for a restoration project in the future.  My wife's uncle has a restored 1970, '71, and project '72 which got me looking.  So far I have learned a lot from this forum and look forward to the adventure.

Cheers
