SEELEY HONDA!

Hey you blokes across the pond.

I'll leave it up to you to determine if this thing is legit.  If so this is your oppertunity to have a piece of history.  Only 309 were made!  If this is the real thing it has a custom made reynolds 531 light weight frame, taipered steering bearings, seeley made chain tensioner, Campbray wheels, Plasma coated brake disks, S&W rear suspension, and lots of other goodies.

I think the 750's came with nickel frames.  this one is restored to white which is the special 1000 edition color.  Also it should have dual front brakes.

Happy bidding... Chris.

We see two or three a year on eBay. They are definitely legit but £5k seems rather a lot.  They also came with a full fairing and were all white with a red flowing stripe from fairing, tank, panels, seat hump.

The Phil Read Replicas were also about at the same time.

Here's a cheaper one...   http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=72198&item=4553587631&rd=1

Crap.  I thought you turned me on to another model to collect.  I have quite a few already.  I can't afford lots of real bikes but the scale models are affordable.  I still havn't baught a 1/6 CB750 K0.  They usually go for well over $100.00.

Hey Chris
Did you notice the seat was different on the two bikes.
I thought the one on Ebay looked a bit odd.
Talking about models, I have a Mvx250f. It's a V3 two stroke.
My mate bought it a few Christmases ago for me.
It looks beter than the real thing.

That bike on e-bay looks like the restorer took some libertys with the restoration.  Seeley made cutstoms and I'm sure they were not all the same over the years but that one is off Im sure.  If I was in the market for one I'd be sceptical of this one.

The models I have are still in the package.  Most of them are worth quit a bit and I don't want to hurt the value.  I'm looking at an already built 750K0 model if it goes for cheap.   Oh yea.  DIBS!
